I am mostly in Montreal teaching COMS 411: Disability, Technology, and Communication. There will be trips to Penn State, the University of Chicago, Northwestern (Great Lakes Association for Sound Studies), Atlanta (American Studies), Oslo. I am submitting a SSHRC Insight Grant application on artificial intelligence and culture. Winter term, I will be returning full time to my co-authored book with Mara Mills, Tuning Time: Histories of Sound and Speed.
